Valerie graduated from Washburn Law School in 1997. After law school, Valerie practiced law in Manhattan, KS, and later Miami and Ft. Lauderdale where she was the owner of Peterson Law Office, P.A., and later Fisher & Peterson, P.C., a firm specializing in the areas of elder law and estate planning. Valerie sold her practice to join ElderCounsel in 2008. Valerie speaks nationally on topics ranging from elder law and Veterans benefits to practice building and business management. Â
